Contract description: The Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) Graduate Programme consists of three projects and aims to support innovative businesses and social enterprises in the Highlands and Islands and to attract skilled graduates into the region.

This HIE is looking to appoint a single supplier to programme manage the summer placements for 2011 and 2012. Services could be delivered by one organisation or through a collaborative bid with suitable subcontract relationships in place. However in these circumstances, HIE will contract with the lead organisation. It is essential that full geographic coverage of the Highlands and Islands Enterprise area is provided.

Estimated value of requirement: £30,000 to £40,000

Anticipated start date: May 2011

It is currently anticipated that the Framework will be let for a period of two years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Conditions, with HIE having the option to extend for a further 1-year period.

Award procedure: Candidates must first pass a selection procedure before being invited to tender or negotiate.
